TenderX provides an AI-powered tender intelligence platform that includes: • Tender discovery and matching • AI semantic search capabilities • BoQ price analysis • Full-text search functionality • AI-powered tender summarization • Tender matchmaking services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

To access our services, you must: • Register for an account • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account • Promptly update any changes to your information • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Our services are provided on a subscription basis: • Subscription fees are billed in advance • Payments are non-refundable • Automatic renewal unless cancelled • Price changes with 30 days notice • Taxes may apply based on your location Enterprise customers may have separate terms as specified in their service agreements.

TenderX retains all rights to: • Platform technology and infrastructure • Algorithms and AI models • User interface and design • Documentation and training materials • Brand names and trademarks Users retain rights to their uploaded content while granting us license to process and analyze it for service delivery.

You agree not to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Upload malicious content or malware • Attempt to gain unauthorized access • Interfere with platform operation • Scrape or harvest data • Engage in fraudulent activities • Share access credentials Violation may result in immediate account termination.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
